How do I register a Domain Name?

1. To search for a domain name, enter the information (phrase, word, company name etc.) using the SEARCH window and click
   
   
2. As an alternative, you may also enter the information (phrase, word, company name etc.) into the Domain Name Search window, located at the top of the page and click
   
   
3. The results of your domain name search will be displayed on the Domain Search Results page, with the available extensions (TLD - .COM, .ORG, .NET, .BIZ,. INFO, .US).
   
   
4. Check the box located below the available extension(s) (TLD - .COM, .ORG, .NET, .BIZ,. INFO, .US). for your domain name and click
   
   
5. The Package page displays a variety of options for your domain name. Choose your desired package (domain, domain and personalized email or domain with hosting and email services) and click .
   
   
6. The domain name will be displayed on the Current Order Contents page. To add another domain name, click
   
   
7. selection, click  and the domain name will be removed from the Current Order Contents page.
   
   
8. On the Current Order Contents page, the domain name registration term may be changed by pulling down the menu located under the Duration column and selecting the desired term (two, three, five and ten years). To register the domain name listed on the Current Order Contents page, click  
   
   
9. There are two options on the Master Login Page: New Clients and Existing Clients.
   
   New Clients: New clients will need to create a Master Account. On the Master Login Page, select an account type (Individual or Business) in the New Clients window and click . Fill out the form located on the Create Master Account page and click . New clients will be returned to the Order Summary page to view domain name selected for registration.Existing clients: Enter your Username and Password in the Existing Clients window and click . Existing clients will be returned to the Order Summary page to view domain name selected for registration.
   
   Note: If you are trying to register a .CA domain name, you will be asked to enter additional information requested by CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) before proceeding to the Order Summary page.
   
   
10. New and existing clients must read and agree to the Service Agreement by clicking the box, located beside the Service Agreement link on the Order Summary page.
    
    
11. A valid credit card will also be required to complete the registration transaction. To add or edit credit card information, click the Please edit Credit Card Information link located below the Order Summary information.
    
    
12. Complete the credit card information located on the Credit Card Information page and click Your domain name registration transaction will be processed in real-time, using a secure server.
    
    Please Note: Since all .au domain registrations require manual checking, .au applications are not processed in real-time.
    
    
13. Upon successful registration of your domain name, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Administrator Contact email listed in your Account Preferences. To view your contact information, click the tab located at the top of the page.
